Waterford Architects LLC sells permission to use our designs for construction purposes. The purchase of a build license in conjunction with a set of construction drawings entitles the buyer to build one example of one house, one time. Our drawings provide a physical description of the purchased house, as well as recommended technical specifications, appliances, and plumbing fixtures. The homeowner and builder have the final say on all aspects of construction, as well as the responsibility of compliance with all applicable construction laws and zoning regulations.
Our floor plans are intended to be used in the planning and schematic phase of your project. In most locations, our drawings can also be used for construction. Depending on your location, additional drawings and documentation may be required before you can build. Many jurisdictions also require an architect’s stamp on construction application drawings. Please be aware of all applicable construction laws that apply in your area before purchasing a Waterford Architects home.
Your drawings will be sent to you as a digital PDF set, to the email address you provide at check-out. The name and mailing address you provide at check-out will be printed on each page of the drawings.
